🕯️ October Reflections — Letting Go & Leaning In

Hey, Haus Angels,

As October comes to a close, I wanted to sit down with you for a little reflection — just us, cozy and honest. 🍂

This month has felt like red leaves, warm blankets, and the scent of pumpkin spice latte drifting through the air. It’s been the kind of season that asks you to slow down and really listen — to yourself, to your peace, to what feels right.

I’ve learned something about myself lately: I can’t let anyone else steal my confidence. For too long, I allowed that. But this month reminded me that protecting my peace isn’t selfish — it’s sacred.

A few things tested that peace (as they always do), but the best way I’ve found to stay centered is simple — breathe, feel it, and then let it go. We can’t always control what happens, but we can choose how we respond.

My quiet joy this month has been my baths — long, hot, and filled with calm music that melts the noise away. It’s where I come back to myself when the world feels too loud.

If I could tell my past self one thing, it would be: yes, this month will be hard. But don’t let setbacks convince you you’re not capable. Keep going. You’re stronger than you think.

As for what I’m releasing? A little bit of doubt — and making space for new things, like the upcoming seasonal drops that make me smile (I can’t wait for you to see the turkeys). 🦃

November feels like a fresh start. I’m excited to see what it brings, what goals I’ll reach, and how much softer I can grow.

Until next time,

— Leya 🤍

Now it’s your turn, Haus Angel.

How did October make you feel? What are you releasing before stepping into November?

💬 Share your reflection in the comments — I’d love to hear your story.
